The District ministers meet on a regular basis for worship, conversation, and education, with an all-chapter meeting in September; two three-day retreats, November and April, and a year-end meeting in early June.  Small groups of ministerial colleagues gather in October, December, January, February, March, and May, for deepening collegial relationships.  All ministers, whether serving congregations, serving in the community, students, or retired, are welcome upon their affirmation of our covenant and guidelines.
