The "District Youth Council" or DYC provides the youth ages 14-22 in NH and VT with six weekend long conferences or "CON’S" a school year. They are held in churches with the exception of the Adventure Con held at the end of the year at a camp ground. They run from Fri. evenings to Sunday mornings.
The DYC is a non-profit 501c3 organization. It is Youth Run and Youth Governed. The council is made up 16 elected youth, 4 adults and an ex-officio program consultant from the Dist. Board.

A typical CON consists of the following: orientation , touch groups, workshops, worship, coffee house, walk, music and other talents shared, mentoring, games, singing, peer support.
The CON's are attended by aproximately 5-8 adults who are approved youth advisors.
The cost of these conferences are $20.-$30. Pre-registration is strongly advised and work scholarships are available.
Note: CONs are held at churches, but he churches themselves do not run the events and therefore any questions
regarding the conferences should be addressed to DYC Council Members.
RULES:
- No alcohol, drugs or weapons
- No sex or nudity
- No pets
- No leaving without proper notification
- No harshing
- No underage smoking
- Permission slips must be read and signed by both youth and parents.
- Please notify us of any medical conditions or medications that weshould be aware of.
